STEP e.V. is a non-profit organization to support foreign exchange at the TU Kaiserslautern. With this goal in mind students volunteer to take care of Incomers in close co-operation with the exchange coordinators at TU Kaiserslautern. The excellent support beyond academic issues ensures a continuous improvement of the exchange relations by satisfying our incomers.

Furthermore STEP e.V. prepares outgoing students for their stay abroad, i.e. by providing means of contact to former outgoers or incomers. We also provide useful help for students' application processes and also during the long prepartion phase of an exchange with our helpdesk sessions.

STEP e.V. organizes meetings between exchange students and natives on a regular basis to enhance intercultural communication and to integrate Incomers into our society.
